when Mr. Saurabh Maurya
and three other professionals
joined their hands to incorporate
an IT conpany.
Timeline
The conpany had an idea to provide IT solutions to improve the productivity of Government and Non-Government organizations with IT and Data Analytics. Over the time with implementation, he realized that every organization had some different customer requirements and challenges, with keen observation, the main pain points were identified that IT solutions were provided as per their requirements and the solutions strengthen their capabilities considerably and helped the organizations to understand the problems within.
To find solutions for organizations, Mr. Saurabh Maurya concluded that most of the problems could be resolved by implementing ITeS based solutions whether it could be GIS-based tagging, digitization of documents, mobile application-based data collection or AI-based customer services operation. Solutions provided by Mr. Saurabh Maurya were not just solving an organization’s problem buyt he was able to identify forthcoming issues as well. In early 2018 SMC (Saurabh Maurya Corporation) was registered with the Moto to give the best ITeS consultancy for SME to large scale operational organizations to find problems within organizations and solutions to resolve it
